I understand that we are supposed to use Clip Time Mapper to speed up a video.. but I have no idea how it works. I drag it back and forth and then press play on source but all that ends up happening is that the clipl starts playing from the middle or something.

Can someone please please tell me step by step how to make a video slower or faster.
